Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any Circle Driving School program.
Driving School Program Overview
Circle Driving School is approved by the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) to provide driver education programs. All courses and training vehicles are MVA-approved, ensuring students receive high-quality instruction to become safe and responsible drivers in Maryland.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Classroom Withdrawal
Students who withdraw after starting the course will be charged 85% for behind-the-wheel (BTW) and 15% for classroom instruction.
Behind-the-Wheel Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in an $80 penalty.
Program Requirements
Mandatory Attendance
Attendance for Unit One is required. Failure to attend will result in automatic transfer to the next available class at no additional charge.
Technical Requirements
Students must have a working camera and speaker, as well as sufficient battery life, before the start of each class session.
Missed Classes
Students may miss up to 3 classes and make them up later at no additional cost.
Program Completion
Students must complete the required 6 hours of behind-the-wheel training within 18 weeks from the start date of the class (virtual or in-person), unless an extension is requested by the student or parent/guardian via email.
Re-evaluation Fee
If a student does not pass the 6-hour behind-the-wheel evaluation, a $120 fee will apply for re-evaluation.
